Planning a quick vacay and you need something adventurous, fun and totally incredible? Arizona is the place you need to go, it is home to some of the most scenic places in the United States. There are various attractions in Arizona that are really famous all over the world, like the Grand Canyon and Cathedral Rock. Here are the three best places we’d want you to visit during your vacation in Arizona:

Cathedral Rock, Sedona

Cathedral Rock, Sedona is one of the most popular landmarks in the United States. It is located in Yavapai County in the Coconino National Forest. The altitude of Cathedral Rock’s summit is 4,921ft, and getting to the summit is every hiker’s goal every year. It takes 1.5 miles to reach the summit and to go back the same way, and the incredible views during the hike (especially at the top) make the climbing more fun.

Saguaro National Park

The giant saguaro plant which is actually a well-known representation of the American West grows in very few places in the US. The Saguaro National Park was established to protect these gigantic and rare plants. The best period to visit this park is November through March when the weather is cooler. In February and March, the saguaro plant and some other desert plants display their colorful blooms. The park is an ideal location for pleasant hikes with families, sport and it also allows for more interesting wilderness hikes and camping. Bikers will take delight in the Hope Camp Trail or the Cactus Forest Loop Drive.

Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a massive crack in the Earth. Taking a tour to this amazing natural formation is always on the list of every visitor in Arizona. This canyon came to be as a result of the erosions by the waters of Colorado River millions of years ago. There are layers of red rock bands that show its history on the walls of the canyon.

Most visitors enjoy their visit to the canyon from its south rim, while more adventurous visitors would rather take mule rides, hike the walls or even enjoy the white-water rafting on the mighty Colorado River. Thanks to our friends at Chandler Towing Services for the travel tips!
